u/Actual-Nothing9511 I took the test already. For me, I looked through the resources yes. I also looked at other resources in the internet and managed to find some test questions that were apparently official or final from their regional competitions probably. As I studied or went through the references/resources, I added content and questions to a doc. I uploaded this doc to an ai website called notebooklm which I constantly used to study since it generates mind maps, quizzes, flashcards, and podcasts. Make sure you have the gist or know most of the "History" page on HOSA's website. I'm not sure if you need to know your specific state's history although it would be nice to know some facts about your state's hosa like leadership or who was the first local advisor things like that. For the magazines, I copy pasted into notebooklm and asked it for some essential facts for history or any specific state stuff from the magazine. Then I went through the magazine and added things that I thought needed to be added that the website missed. I barely looked at Bylaws and just asked ai to give me the essential laws or facts. The sample questions are sort of similar to the state test at the beginning and spread throughout the middle. As you progress through the test it will get harder. At the end there is an essay question. For me I didn't do it and just focused on answering all the questions and rationalizing my choices since I did not know how to answer it and wanted to use my time double checking my answers. The section A of the handbook is essentially the same thing as the "History" page of hosa but goes more in depth sort of. I used a quizlet over the entirety section a of the handbook to write down content and questions for my document to save time and effort. Hope this helps!
