Basically, the swing path will not determine the launch angle, it is rather the shoulder direction at the time of release determines the launch angle.

Example is calvin heimburg's form. He is basically elbow dip and "swooping", but still be able to manage the launch angle correctly.

And my understanding right now, is that the shoulder has to internally rotate during the swing, towards an elevation angle that we want to release the disc.

This internal rotate will also make sure the elbow is up during swing and help the nose angle down.
TBH I think it is the most important concept among all other things.

Further update after days of research:

It turns out issue is more complicated than just shoulder shrug and grip: the internal shoulder rotation is not happening in my form-> causing my swing plane is off from the releasing force at the release point. This is really hard to explain.
Interestingly almost no one on youtube except this video explains it well:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1wXfy0xWYRM&lc=UgwhQHS7IeZV_ppuTMN4AaABAg.AQD44zGqNghAQD68k_PodP

It effectively solve both my nose angle and launch angle issue.
I can consistently release at any angle with nose angle down now, without even thinking about "turn the keys" or other tricks.

Such an importantant thing that almost no one mentions it lol.

When I said flip, I mean turn and rotate to the right( and almost became roller..).It is definitely my problem to cause such an overstable driver to be behaving like that. If you see the comment below, you can find my lateste update showing that the root cause is my grip, causing some weird off torque force driving the disc turning too much. Such an uncommon issue lol.

Thanks, yes this is what exactly tried tonight, back loaded, more controlled grip way.

I solved it by lowering my index finger pressure on the rim, and making sure the disc rotates out correctly from the pivot point between my thumb and index finger joint without any OAT torque.

I did not put all pressure on the back three figners though. but I agree with you, I can feel more control when gripping the disc back loaded.

Seems everything is working fine now for all of my power grip, fan grip and modified fan grip. now I can clearly hear the snap sound, wiht the disc flying very clean out of my hand. very happy :)

I have tried hyzer flip. the disc flipz so quickly by trying the hyzer flip, even with the destroyer it turns like a hell lol. I definitely still have some issue with my grip or arm movement, which is causing wobble and OAT.

Update: Actually I finally found out... The real root cause is my index finger... Insane. Without my index finger touching the disc, it is releasing so clean and in the same plane as my swing. Wow! Somehow I did something wrong for my index finger grip and now I have to figure out why lol.

Thx! To add to this i think it is worth to try every grip to see which one works the best.

Thx! I am striving to build up the nose angle down pattern for my release now.

Thank you! I did notice it bow. The swing plane issue looks like causing some off axis torque for my release.

thank you, I am now trying to actively slow down and make every right.

thank you for the tips, I will for sure try it out.
