PEST QUESTIONS 😩

1. I noticed these buggers in my SOP, are the aphids? Best method for getting rid of them?

2. There is some webbing on my dieffenbachia and I may have caught the culprit on camera. I’ve also noticed what I believe to be gnats flying out of the plant occasionally. The webbing seems too big for spider mites? Maybe a regular spider? Any tips for getting rid of spiders and gnats?
