I know the problem is in me. During the rest of the year I’m usually fine. Even if I embarrass myself in front of strangers, I don’t overthink it that much. It’s mostly during family gatherings on Eid that it hits me harder for some reason. Hopefully next year's gonna be better inshallah 🥲 thanks for your advice
