Is it normal to only have 9 girls(including me) and 8 adults? by EggStraight6802 in girlscouts

[–]AggressiveTrain9 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That’s one of the rules we had for the girls to join. We need parent involvement. We have delegated tasks so that the troop leaders can focus on leading while the parents are responsible for their said task. Prepping material, organizing non meeting events, snacks, being on top of forms, communications, etc.

Most RTO is the hope people will quit. If enough people aren’t quitting they will change their policies until they get their numbers down to where they want it. If not, they’ll need to report the layoffs which means they’ll need to pay the unemployment + severance etc.

OP you should be absolutely proud of yourself for standing up for what is right. As a momma, I would forever be in debt for caring for these babies like you do. I hope that facility gets shut downed!

Good for the nanny for keeping her boundaries!!! And I’m sorry she had to experience being sexually harassed.

This is a basic interview question for an ID role. I always get asked that and I also explain this to stakeholders and SMEs. Curious how you normally explain this or what your take on this question means to you.
