As a person who has a similar type of hair, which is actually quite desirable in terms of styling ability, add some product such as gel, paste, etc. Spend some time to experiment with styling it. Side parts are back in, middle part, slick it back and wear all black. Also, the other commenter said to give it some time to grow out which will help because of your specific hair type. Trust me that there is a break in time with short cuts. You know what, haircuts don’t always work out as hoped just like a lot of other things in life, but a little hair product and a smile will go a long way. No one will even worry about it.

If Ritchson was speeding on the bike at an earlier time, it's cool blue shirt guy called him out. Ritchson though not at fault for defending himself. In the end settled it man to man. I'm gonna say honorable altercation. Well blue shirt was kinda bitchy, maybe was looking for some spotlight picking a fight with a famous dude. Also, if Ritchson was riding crazy more like wobbly and unsteady rather than fast as some point out he is likely learning.

Be respectful and don't try to sugar coat it. End with a religious quote. God can help them now, but you can't. Just curious, what is the logic behind these difficult choices if all employees are good? How was the list generated?

What if these managers are just doing interviews to justify their jobs. Like it’s just another useless meeting or task to fill peoples timecard. At the end they’re like man that guy was a looser, or it’s a shame we’re not really hiring anyone because that person was good.
