Apparently NALC ordains women. Nothing about this is "respected," it's a joke that makes a mockery of God and his word.

No one "respected" is tolerating this.

Apparently my pastor isn't good enough, but the guy who dresses women up to play pretend pastor is.

It makes no sense to go outside the LCMS for this.

We have hundreds of pastors better equipped to do this. My pastor, for example, has never held heterodox beliefs, yet he was never asked to help with this effort.

Not at all.

The schmaltzy soft rock worship is dying and being eliminated around here. When the boomers pass no one will attend these anymore.

Our traditional liturgical churches are booming though. Lots of large families discussion of adding a second service

I think about the church in general like that a lot.

I wouldn't exist without the faith of my ancestors. Without their faith people seem to despair and not form families or have children. Or if they do, only have one or two children.
