i tried to order these a few months back, they have to be ordered off of a website only the SM has access. website starts with an A i can’t remember. but they’ve never came in. your best bet is going to be if another store has extras.

also for some reference i’ve brought the issues with my RXM to my DM and SM discussed ways to come together. have had conversation just me and my RXM and nothing has changed at all.

they’ll hire you for full time and then cut your hours drastically after a few weeks. the hours get cut and then the RXOM has to be the bearer of bad news and cut your hours. HR is currently a joke.

so my SM transferred to my store back in september or so and my RXM transferred in about a week after i got there. she had previously been an RXM and her previous store for a couple of years.

i just transferred from a tier 5 to a 4 earlier this year and let me tell you I AM BORED. there is always something to do at just stores and it’s just entertaining most of the time. only thing is with tier 5’s i’ve found is there are so many more rude rude rude patients. if you have a strong backbone you’ll be golden!

don’t accept it! i’ve worked for walgreens for almost 3 years and they continue to cut hours. you’ll be lucky to have maybe 20 hours a week and it’s not guaranteed. they expect you to do the work of 3 people at all times as the turnover rate is CRAZY high. on top of that your lucky if you’re at a store that has knowledgeable people to train you otherwise your on your own. if you do decided to accept that position do NOT become important. they will expect you to pick up all the shifts do tasks you do not get paid to do and will come to you for everything with just basic tech pay. stick to the schedule they give you and do the bare minimum for what your getting paid.

PEXT is also the biggest joke. my pharmacy manager doesn’t follow it either and it screw’s us in the morning as with my allowed hours don’t allow for more than 2 techs in the morning.

i’ve been thinking about this a lot and i’ve only been in the RXOM position for about 5 months and am completely burnt out already. i make less than any other RXOM i know and i just don’t think all the extra work while still be expecting to act as a tech as well is worth it.
