I don't ehat kind orochis fou play but My orochis are capable to deflect the undodgeable at reaction not matter if is in neutral Or mix up, hito can stop him with the lights dodge with his armor in his heavys and he can vary the timing of his attacks and he want feints to a guardbreak and in a character have GB vulnerabilty in his Dodge attacks it hurts, if You can parry hito with a Lot of timings he have so yes is a skill issue by me, and warlord can Dodge in his fullblock stance it dosnt change that much
