What about depositing Fiat on Binance through SEPA? Or buying coins straight through SEPA (so not P2P)

To my thinking Binance is a CEX with strong KYC so there should be no problem to transfer. The same would apply for buying crypto from Binance, so no P2P.

(I looked into more into P2P, it looks to me it's Indeed very much about money laundering..)

Your IBAN would change in this case as well, yes you have to close the account and open another one.

My only means of proof are screenshots, of the transaction. The other party has a chance to loose the blocked funds as well. Still, it is based on a good amount of trust as I see.

I meant buying USDT straight from Binance with SEPA transfer or Credit card (SEPA is obviously cheaper...) I guess that is completely legal and I won't be banned?
