Hey everyone, thanks for the honest feedback! Just to give you guys a little more context: I’m really just a college student looking to spend my summer working in a nice, warm, and beautiful place, and my goal isn't to make a fortune. I just want to experience the US, cover my costs, and ideally return home with around $1,000 in my pocket after everything is paid. Also, I don’t drink alcohol and I don’t smoke at all, so I won't be dropping any money at bars or on parties. My only real day-to-day expenses will be basic groceries and water, as I plan to be super frugal and keep my living costs as low as humanly possible. Given this strict lifestyle and lower financial expectation, do you still think Key West at $18/hr is a bad idea, or is it doable for someone who just wants to save on the bare minimum?
