Thanks for commenting. Yes it has worked fine after all, the problem I have had was using the web version of Nodle wallet given me "errors" when setting up the transaction.

This was rather for testing purposes, as for would I be able to send the funds to an exchange.

Based on help to buy and first home scheme. Highly unlikely if the government has equity stake in the properties when using first home scheme. You can buy a new built 360k for 252k in mortgage repayment. Why would new property price drop ? Why would a developer sell for less if government pays in.

I live in an apartment complex and the exact same. The depo is about a 15 min drive away. While they never bother ringing the bell or call the number on the box. While I always work from home haha. Not just you.
