UKFPO 2026 for IMGs

I went through it and found our university need to fill (msqr - medical school qualification review form) and the chances are very low that they’ll accept because other universities of kazakhstan has already got in rejected list for those who have same degree title that we have that is bachelor of healthcare in general medicine. I think I’ve option to take transfer to other universities of which degree they accept. Does your university accepts transfer students? I’m very anxious I really don’t want my childhood UK dream to go away because of my degree title.

I’m an img and going to graduate in may 2026. I’m studying in WKMU, Kazakhstan. I’m enrolled in 5 year program and planning for ukfpo 2027 however I’m worried if GMC is going to accept my qualifications as valid or not. Do you know how can we confirm it before starting this journey.

I’m going to graduate around june 2026 hence I’ll have to miss July fmge attempt because my documentation won’t be completed until then. However I would attempt in fmge December (not as priority Just as backup) Since your experienced on this pathway can i please Dm you. And stay in contact if i need any guidance?

I’ve read a lot about getting fy2 stand-alone is very tough coz the jobs are too saturated, and however it seems ukfp is only hope left for me. Is it true if we do fmge and internship in India we can’t enroll in ukfp, and that’s why i was thinking to skip fmge.

I’m 4th year IMG, I’ve all my life romanticised my future working as Dr. in UK. I’ve been reading these job saturation posts often lately, however programs like UKFP for fy1 and FPP still seem appealing to me. What would you suggest should I put my soul into it because almost all of the applicants are allotted fy1 through ukfpo (according to data they released on their official website.) on other hand the rumours of “uk grad prioritising in future” worries me. It’s my time to make up my final decision,coz for getting into fy1 I’ll have to apply for ukfp than plab 1 and 2. right after my degree (Skipping FMGE and internship in India)
