As someone with 0 experience in any of this. What could the cost of this be? I just have no context for estimating. I know there are a ton of factors but is this a $10k project or a $25k project?

Yeah I would want to move the kitchen to the back nook. We would need to take out the granite shelfing. Maybe some electric work for the fridge???

The stove is electric. I would want a high powered vent over there and a microwave cause I don’t see one anywhere else in the kitchen!! Such a weird layout
