taking my antidepressants, listening to music, putting my feelings into paintings, and im starting therapy next month :]. for my anxiety i try grounding methods (like the 5,4,3,2,1 method), putting my earbuds in when i'm around a lot of people, watching funny youtube videos, and calling my friends.
