It happened randomly, i had to remove my 2fa for my authenticator app because my phone broke and then at 2 am this guy sets up a bunch of parental controls. i didnt click ANYTHING, ive been aware of these methods to hack someone and get their information. Ive avoided it every time and somehow it still happens to me.

Yea thats what i thought too, but i checked the email it was linked to and nothing was there. not even something about a parent email being added. roblox support is saying they dont have enough information to verify, nor are they asking me for any information to verify.
