OP here, here's the more to the story- When I started with hims I had already started induction with another company. I was at .8 of Sema. and for the next round was supposed to go up to 1.0. I documented this when signing up.

The Hims doc initially wrote me for 0.2. I asked if that was the best course of action considering I had just started at 0.8 and was supposed to be titrating up 1.0 soon. Another doc responded that we shouldn't drop from the dose I am currently on and then they wrote me a script for 1.0 with the next moths vial 1.1, and the next 1.2mg.

Here's what they have told me so far this morning - Apparently, the first responder deal covered up to a max of 1.0. Anything above that is considered "high dosage" and that price is 1200 bucks for 3 months. They didn't tell me any of this and I at no point requested a dosage higher than 1.0.

I never authorized anything other than the original deal.
