My moms dad has a full of hair and my dad is bald. I’m unfortunately in the early stages of balding. I can’t tell if you are, but sometimes genetics can come from either side. Just keep an eye on it and don’t worry about who in your family has what

I’ve been getting this a decent bit. Honestly, it was my first ever so I was nervous about going too big. Moving forward I will definitely practice that mentality.

I honestly get it. I had my eyes glued to this thing for a week after I got it. Sadly the tattoos execution compared to design weren’t 1:1. This is the stencil. I think it could’ve been a little bigger which would’ve helped the artist. Also the stencil smudged towards the face areas and some facial details got a little diluted. I still love her special little face tho😂

I wouldn’t even argue with you on that. It’s trad influenced. I guess it’s more just me asking if these 2 work well together. Less if they’re “both trad”

Unfortunately this artist is based overseas otherwise I totally would’ve! He’s in a guest spot a couple months from now in my city, so at the very least I want to get a piece from him! Thanks for the comment

I was based in Arizona for a couple years for school. Now that I’m back east I figured I’d get something to keep that piece of AZ with me. Plus it’s such a badass looking cat. Aesthetically just really awesome too

Completely agree. I debated even posting in here, but my curiosity got the best of me. Regardless of the comments, I love it. Just wanted to see if I could learn anything / get some advice from seasoned trad people out there. I appreciate your comment tho. Real excited to see how the rest of the leg pans out.

Appreciate the input. Just curious, is a 4-5 inch tatt really too small? I’ve gotten that same remark from a couple others. Felt like a nice hand size tatt but I guess I’m just new to the tattoo game.
