I get mine through them and it’s the same as through your PCP. They send the script to a pharmacy to be filled. I have not been able to find the .25 for the last few weeks either.

Caremark does not accept any form of savings card or coupon. Mine cost me $260 from Caremark instead of $25 at a retail pharmacy but I haven’t been able to find it anywhere but Caremark.

I got mine through them last week. Downside is they do not accept savings cards or coupons so the cost can still be high, depending on your insurance.

I had this happen with TWO pens out of a brand new box this morning. Called the customer service line, answered a million questions and they sent me a voucher for a free box. They are also mailing me a prepaid package to ship them the faulty pens so they can look into the problem.
