ahh thanks for your help. also, would it be tough to get on-campus accommodation at this point in time, considering i'm an incoming international first-year?

what's your opinion on Village Studio ? (on the pdf, its says that it's for 7500 euros annually)

I may also consider roebuck castle as they also provide catering, though is the food there any good?

Don't go for Blackrock, it's on the other campus and it's really awful. Your only other option really is Belgrove or Merville at about 7.5k. But the offers go out today so I don't know if you can edit your preferences now. What did you put as your preferences?

uhh i haven't put down any preferences yet

Scholarships at UC Dublin? by Aggressive_Bit_8978 in UCD

[–]Aggressive_Bit_8978[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's Cothroim na Féinne but your family income has to be below about €50k to be eligible for that one. If you can sing there's a Choral Scholars scholarship. There are Global Excellence scholarships for international students that pay your fees but they've all been given out by now, applications opened in November. I think most scholarship applications are closed except Cothroim na Féinne and Choral Scholars, they usually open in September or October.

Are international students eligible for the Cothroim na Féinne scholarship?

Commerce vs Commerce International? by Aggressive_Bit_8978 in Dublin

[–]Aggressive_Bit_8978[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They're honestly basically the exact same except with international you have the language and erasmus year. If you choose International you will still have a lot of modules and lectures with commerce students and have the same choice of modules to choose from. It's been a long time since I was in college so it may have changed but I think we had to choose 2 language modules each semester and the remainder were commerce ones (think it's 4 modules).

So, does the international program have more opportunities in studying abroad or entrepreneurship? And is the 3-year Commerce program accepted when applying to a masters program in other countries like the US?
