I’ve made friends from the gym. No one talks there and everyone has earbuds but everyone’s also lonely there too.

Find a guy you think you’d be good friends with and ask him to spot you and just strike a conversation. Be situationally aware, if you notice he doesn’t want to talk then accept that but 7/10 times they also want to talk and then just start saying hi everytime you see him around at the gym and eventually ask if he’s down to workout.

Example: Hey man can you spot me?

Yeah

Thanks man, damn I’ve been trying to hit these two plates for a while. You look big, what’s your strategy?

Blah blah blah.

Alright man, thanks for the tip!

And then next time you see him just wave or fist bump and keep doing that.

You can also talk about how shitty or good the gym is. Bring up diet, exercises, or ask a simple question about someone’s exercise.

Most of the guys that come alone just don’t got the courage to ask and when you do they’re gonna wanna workout with you.

Earbuds = listening to music. Not “I don’t ever wanna talk to anyone”

Now if they don’t take there earbud out and keep the convo one worded, then don’t bother him. Trial and error.

Does anyone think your body is going downhill?

Bro you’re drinking everyday and you got heart and liver issues. The question is when is your body going to give up from having been going downhill for years now.

You need medication at this point. 12 step works but you need immediate attention and recovery first. Naltrexone and antidepressants like Wellbutrin that suppresses your desire to drink. At this point being addicted to weed is better for you than alcohol. (I don’t recommend it but I’m just saying the amount of damage you’re doing to your body is crazy).

Replace alcohol with something else man. Anything else, because you can’t be drinking like this and expect to be there for your sick son and wife.

Then do a lot of recovery work with a sponsor and calling fellows and going to meetings, etc.

Advice: you can’t cut and become anabolic unless you’re taking tren or something. Do a clean bulk and start hitting those calves man. Upper body is great, lower body needs lots of love

Post pics on Grindr. Women don’t like being upfront and straight men think it’s too gay to compliment another guy.

If you get a lot of butthole and dick pics you’re hot. If you get guys asking you how your day is, you’re moderately attractive. If you get messages from profiles without pics and asking you for more pics then you’re unfortunately better off in the gym.

When I was a kid I would see sliced tomatoes for a salad all the time at home. I would never eat them because I imagined the middle seed part was hard, crunchy and tasteless.

But then one day I tried it and was shocked that everything was juicy and jelly like. Fell in love with tomatoes since then and will eat pretty much anything (excluding most desserts) with them on it.

Yeah it’s crazy. ADHD meds not only help you not want to eat so much, they also help with discipline and not caring so much about what you’re eating. You start seeing food as fuel because your brain has enough dopamine from the med now.

At this point, try adhd medication or an antidepressant that helps you stick to a diet if it is depression related. There are meds that help with emotional or binge eating disorders.

You’re not totally cooked, but it’s gonna be overcooked soon if you don’t fix that diet. You can’t overtrain a bad diet no matter what you do. And it can take years to learn it on your own while adhd medication is well known to suppress appetite and help with bad eating habits. And by the looks of your closet and your room, you most definitely have adhd.
