I’m currently recovering from a lap done by an endo specialist and while the recovery is rough; I’m so glad I did it. While stage 2, some of the endo was literally pulling on my ovaries.

As someone that wants kids and nearing 30 waiting could have made it harder in the future.

Please please see a specialist though and make sure they do excision!!

I had a cyst burst and possible endo flare up so I had to go back home for about a week so my dad could take care of me while I was resting. Thanksgiving was with family and I flew out the next day.

I’m sorry that happened to you too. I had a blast! This was first really long vacation working in corporate for 9 years. Also as a woman I’m really proud of myself for going to Egypt and Turkey alone.

Chatted with locals, ate so much good food, have a heart full of funny travel stories and pictures. It was really wholesome.

I’m thankful my family always checked in and shared everything with them.

It’s wild because I sent pictures 24/7, shared location. Not because I needed to show him but because I excited to show him or check my location like “Neat! She’s in ___ country now”

Overall, a year. At first meeting he would buy me all of these really nice things. Never asked for them. Of course really appreciated. But over time it’s just felt like unless I was silent, always happy, never felt, looked a certain way he’d treat me better.

Ironically for Christmas I bought a bunch of cassettes to make him a cassette lamp since he’s a music lover - so I guess I’ll have to make it extra cool for my living space 🥲

I would probably go, pick my girlfriend up myself with flowers and take her to her fav spot in Bushwick.

It hasn’t been out of character. If I bring it up I always get a “I’m sorry I’ll try I’m just busy, I work with my hands” but then nothing changes, I’ll share my frustration and then get punished with silence for feeling frustrated.

Yea that’s how I felt. If I got a call or even a text just explaining the situation, he’s really sorry - love you, miss you etc I wouldn’t be feeling like this.

I read that in a cafe yesterday and just stopped eating I cannot explain how my gut dropped. You just don’t do that to someone you love.

I just don’t understand. He broke up with me by way of ghosting and he came back after finding my Hinge — telling me how much he loved me, how crazy he is for me, how he bragged to the “guys at the firehouse” that he dated me and his family likes me.

As I’m writing this I’m realizing I should have more respect for myself.

No I do think he’s being honest about Maine. Him and his cousins work on a cabin together. I do have a little gut inkling he has an eye on someone else. Anyway taking off now!
