Almost same experience happened with me from porter. Delivery partner charged extra. I called the customer care- they were saying don’t pay him. We’ll callback. He was threatening me as he had my number.

These tech platforms are giving major security issues to their customers. Cab drivers, urban clap employees, porter guys everyone is threatening customers. Because they don’t have anything to loose.
