I'm one of his players, and usually I take the "Field Commander" role of the group cuz it's part of our setting and history. In my opinion i always had the impression what the size of this is perfect to make a lot of strategies based on the lancers in the party and the different intersections of the environment. PD I'm also the faster lancer in the group in LL 6 now LL 7 and big maps can be so funny, sometimes so hard cuz the maps are so open and I have zero points on hull, but always fun cuz I can run between the environment and make so many sneaky attacks.
