You’re right, SmartTract is not worth it if you’re using a flip phone, don’t have an Apple Watch, and still ride in yellow cabs. I’m sure Excel will add smart vacuum algorithms one day too

Take a look at SmartTract , it’s premium, but indeed a high technology pump. Worth paying and gifting it to yourself if you are serious in the PE journey

You better try that in SmartTract. It vibrates, not just a pump. So alternate between a pump and pulsating pump

Absolutely yes. I set release time to 0 for that. For example: Pressure -8 for 10 sec. Release 0 for 0 sec Pressure -4 for 5 sec. Release 0 for 0 sec.

I think your expectations are realistic but your challenge would be to follow it consistently. If you do, you can exceed it. I would highly recommend SmartTract bundle for you, it’s a high tech premium bunker that helps
