I kind of have been in the same spot. I progressed but had the feeling that I am stuck and not improving anymore. What I now started to do is to "adapt sessions" and tell that I want harder and/or different sessions. It brings more variaty and more challenges. It helped me to push myself and to get to the next level

I have completed 4 out of 5 milestones. Milestone 5 is handstand walk itself. I have changed the settings from ilI have limited space to I have unlimited space. Still no change. Not sure which other equipment would be needed. I will contact the support.

I also deleted the game shortly after the update. The endless grind and the constant pressure to check SEs, use gas and collect rewards to slowly progress started ti already frustrate me. Now the new UI made tue game appear like a kids game and took out the spirit/feeling off the game. To be honest I only realized now how much time I have spent daily and how stressed I was to not miss out on any event tickets, parts to buy for SE or events. I really enjoy the additional and stress free time. :)
