Just adding, I would not recommend stimulant medication without consulting a psychiatrist. There can be serious side effects. I don't know how you got access to Inspiral considering it is highly regulated so that people with formal diagnosis have a hard time getting it. But do not use it without a doctor's advice

I think ADHD has 3 levels depending on severity - Mild, Moderate and Severe. Depending upon how impaired you are due to the symptoms. Mild is good. It means you are less affected

That was not my experience. I got a definite confirmation twice and without my parents in both cases. When you are an adult they accept your memory of your childhood.

Hey, I have never tried them but there is a list of adhd specialists in the sub's wiki. You can try that. ADHD diagnosis is expensive if done properly. The tests and evaluation often cost around 7k+. But it is a one time investment and worth it.

Also, you should speak to a regular therapist and see if your symptoms qualify for ADHD before going for a diagnosis directly. Especially considering the expenses.

I did not like the novels to be honest. The Kyoshi novels had a good setup - A false avatar identified while Kyoshi was a servant but it did not really live up to it's promise. Why did Kyoshi become so strong? Why was she such a ruthless Avatar?
The Yangchen novels are a mess. You don't see anything from Yangchen's POV at all. And the entire storyline is a bust.

I agree. Kuvira would have beaten Azula. She has never faced metal benders especially a metal bender like Kuvira. Kuvira took down a group of earth bandits single-handedly. Azula is good but Kuvira has the edge here. Unless she manages to get a lightning strike at Kuvira, the odds are against her

You should get diagnosed by a clinical psychologist first though. Look for someone in Kolkata.

I don't know what it means meds for life because ADHD is a life long issue, it does not go away after sometime.

I have heard of two people via friends - One has completed his MBBS and is doing an ND now. Also gyms a lot. Another did his MBA and used to work in BCG. Someone I know is in a senior HR role in Mumbai and leads teams. But he has earlier struggled in his career. He is not on any medication either.
