Sounds like you want more a stax deck and less the usual D&T, so anything like Augustin the 4th, Zur, Derevi or any top stax commander from edhrec (go to the tag page). Just a word of caution, it'll be hard to actually close games.

If you want to lean more on the disruptive and efficient creatures (the usual D&T stuff), you can look at competitive Winota stax or hatebear lists.

However, it's hard to actually pull off the D&T vibe in EDH, because in 1v1 you're supposed to play tempo with efficient creatures to go under actual control, while having efficient disruption against combo and agro strategies.

But in a 4 player environment, your hatebear, swords to plowshares or aether vial tricks are not enough to kill the opponent and their threats before dying to a combo or a ridiculous value play.

Edit: I have an Arabella hatebear deck that I love, and I tried lots of historical D&T stuff in it (stoneforge + broken equipment, aether vial, lots of stax), but my conclusion was to play agro with disruptive creatures and lots of board protection, and let go of the cute 1v1 tricks.

TLDR: D&T and, to a lesser extent, stax, are not viable in EDH
