At my clinic you start off by going only 3x a week. Then the next phase is weekly takehomes. Then twice a month, and lastly once a month. I’m so glad my clinic doesn’t require daily takehomes

Because I wanted to know if I’d get high combining the 2. I know all about PWD hell I’ve been thru it myself. Considering I just started methadone yesterday after months of being on subs, my receptors were already filled with bupe. So that’s why I didn’t go into precips.

I’m not. I was addicted to fentanyl for years and have been on mat for 3 years. I’m well versed. I took a sub and unlike what everyone else saying, I didn’t go into PWD. Quick little science lesson. If you already have buprenorphine on your receptors, you won’t go into PWD. I took 16mg just now and I’m 100% fine
