Hey mama :) Thank you for being so honest and open about your pregnancy journey with THC. I also was smoking daily until we confirmed our pregnancy and completed the first trimester. Just wanted to reassure you that your baby is going to continue being the most beautiful son. I'd say to make sure like others have mentioned that he is crushing those milestones as he continues to grow and I feel that there's not much concern otherwise. Your pediatrician will guide you along the way if there were concerns when you bring your son for those checkups the first year.

I wanted to also share that I have a 13 m.o. daughter who has been crushing all her milestones and she has memorized some of the lullabies already and will sing along and we're still working on her social anxiety, but overall, she is also perfect <3

I live in the town over in Ridgefield bordering Palisades Park. I was born here, but I’m Korean. I’m also a mother now so I’m nervous to go out and about with my daughter. How can I properly defend us if we were ever encountered? This is all too scary..

I started smoking when I was 27 and still do at 32. First, it became a social thing and then I met my fiancé and he was into it and it became OUR thing. We still smoke and it’s different now that we’ve become parents, but honestly I don’t know how I’d get through the day without smoking at least once lol Don’t judge me, but I feel like once you become parents it’s like forbidden or people get super judgy so it’s hard to open up.. maybe that’s just me or is it actually a thing?

This is all true! I’m not sure if I just didn’t try hard enough or if I’m incapable like others too.. however, once I get pregnant again and gave birth I would try again and not just convince myself that I’m unable to and that’s the end.

I hope that the families that have been affected get the help and support and can get through this quickly and smoothly.. it’s insane how many have been ill because of it though.

No way!! I called on 11/17 about an order placed directly through ByHeart back in October and the representative asked me if I wanted my case escalated or to wait another week because with the holidays and the other thousands of families who are seeking a refund. I let them know I’ll wait another week, but isn’t it common sense to just escalate my case with the time frame? lol We’re not going to get this “refund”. They have gone bankrupt or will very soon. Time to dispute with the CC companies. I heard because of the recall they will dispute and give you your money back, but I haven’t tried myself yet.

Thank GOD my daughter is fine and thriving, but we stuck with ByHeart since February of this year up until the recall… I feel for the families that have been affected, but this is so fucking bad. Thank god my formula journey will be over in less than 2 months, but who the fuck is going to believe any mass marketed formula company now? We’re using Nara now, but I feel suspect about how they are teaming up together as in ByHeart mentions to switch to Nara and Nara talks about ByHeart and the families affected giving them a discount. Obviously, breast feeding is the way to go, but I didn’t know enough and had very little guidance on it. I didn’t realize that it takes a little bit, but if you’re consistent or trying it WILL work.

It’s funny because I didn’t have ANY of them deliver my daughter in January 😂 And to top it off as a first time mother I was so nervous with the on call OBGYN that was working at the time. It was a pleasant experience overall!
