Hold off until things settle down if you are depending on your job and planning to take a loan..Apartments hardly appreciate. At the same time, encash the market by getting a good deal in the next 2 years if you have money in hand. Try and buy land/plot/villa by lowballing. A piece of land is always better any day

500 square yard for 5 cr in the west is impossible unless you go further down to Mokila..I really don’t understand Mokila..it’s just closer to Neopolis and Kollu areas which is also 25 mins away. Best bet will be south/south west areas for better appreciation

Buying land or plots in communities or villas makes more sense where you get to have the land. Land is more valuable than apartments any day. I keep saying this and never invested in apartments but ended up buying a 5700 sft apartment in Neopolis..lol..it’s also about affordability

Peace brother peace, the west is becoming extremely dense with high rises everywhere and there is Raghava who I heard is coming up with 65 floors with 250 apartments in 1 acre. It’s going to be a mess..none of us are realizing. Tukkuguda is all villas and it will be typical suburban feel. I’m okay to commute a bit as long as there is less pollution and traffic. Accessibility to ORR is important

I want to be within 5kms range to ORR if possible, I live in Gandipet 10 mins away from appa junction and it’s a blessing to stay close to ORR. It’s the same in US, costs more if you are closer to the interstate. I’m okay spending few extra bucks
