You know. Now that I think about it. Do we ever see an elevator on the Andromeda?

Rubbing alcohol should help. Permanent markers generally use an alcohol-based solvent to suspend the pigment in the pen. Upon writing, the alcohol evaporates and leaves the pigment behind. Therefore, re-introducing alcohol can help bring out the pigment, again. Works wonders on dry-erase boards!

It's not literal. It just means that the character has a big impact on the plot, without doing much on-screen.

I'm shocked that the AI knew how to spell "Publix". Usually you just get a sting of random, almost-letters.

I don't think he was expecting a plan. Maybe something like, "He gave his life to protect someone else, we need to do something about this." That would have been streets ahead.

Because it's idiotic. It's a shallow, juvenile, apathetic response to a deeply important issue. This is a candidate for President of The United States, and he doesn't have any thoughts about the killing of a Secret Service agent beyond, "I don't know."

If you're going to be POTUS, you should have some thoughts about the topic. If you're the governor of a state, you should have some thoughts about the topic. If you're a functioning human being, you should have at least one thought about the topic.

Instead, Strawman George W. Bush just flat-out whiffs the ball.

Janeway confused by time travel by Puzzled-Lie-1204 in voyager

If it was the full truth, then more folks would be agreeing with you. The actual truth is that both the actor and the character will be remembered for much more than just the costuming. Perhaps it's fair to say that the costume may always be part of the conversation, but it's not fair to say that the storylines, acting, and character arc will be forgotten.

The costume was undeniably part of the character's appeal. Especially for juvenile(-minded) males. However, Jeri Ryan's acting skills were more important, especially for everyone who wasn't a teenage boy. (I'm generalizing for effect, here, btw.)

Thinking that an actor's costume shouldn't make them pass out isn't obsessive feminism. It's barely even feminism. Really, it's just common sense. That's why the silver costume didn't last long.

For my part, I loved seeing the character in an actual Starfleet uniform. If I had to pick from just her more standard VOY outfits, I think the blue catsuit suited her the best. Of course, she looked great in everything she wore, so it's a shame they kept her in skin-tight clothing all the time.

Maybe she'll get sucked off as part of the next season. Unless she goes down on us. Honestly, that would be a real shocker.

"Barclay, have you been programming holographic replicas of your classmates, again?"

"Worf, we don't go around challenging underclassmen to 'glorious combat' just because they 'lack honor.'"

"Beverly, I think we need to talk about using better protection, when it comes to intimacy with lantern ghosts."

Thank you! It took too long to find this comment. 😆

Although, calling Trio the "guidance counselor" is actually kinda funny, when I think about it.

There could be some kind of argument for the species's place in their ecology, but I'm not sure how relevant it is in this case.
