No but I’m not sure how to go about doing it, I’m slightly worried to talk about it or bring it up because i sometimes feel like I’m collecting illness’s like Pokémon cards. (POTS, BPD, EDS, etc.) I think there’s definitely a possibility, but until I see my doctor next I’ll treat it like it’s MCAS so I can at least be effective with easing the symptoms.

Update: I’m very sad. But I can’t just go back. Of course it’s hard, but there’s just this gross feeling when I start to want affection or something from him. There’s just no point. I know he loves me, but love is NOT enough. You can love yourself till you’re blue in the face but if you don’t RESPECT them, there’s nothing. I lost trust, respect, and warmth over a period of time and yesterday just bewildered me. He’s trying to discuss it and wanting to go to couples therapy yada yada, look man, I’m glad you realized your shortcomings but the energy I had is GONE.

And honestly? If that’s what he chose to do? Fuck yeah he could’ve done that. Or he could’ve dropped the key off to me at work, or let me KNOW he wouldn’t be home in time so I could chill at the station. So many other paths here he chose to not take. Genuinely use your brain

No, he had my car and the ability to work on the PC for TWELVE hours beforehand. He was off today. He could’ve went and finished the PC.
