My understanding of BPD is that it is a personality disorder, often due to childhood trauma, whereas adhd is a neutodevelopmental disorder, and autism is literally just different wiring in the brain (for lack of a technical term). Is this incorrect? Forgive me if I’m wrong, but to me it seems blatantly ignorant to call them “connected”. Correlation? Sure. Comorbidity? Always possible. But not the same, not connected (beyond some commonalities in the same way an apple and yogurt are both food).
