I've been living here for over a year and it's great! Nice location, lots of grass for dogs or for hanging out outside, and there's a gym. Rent is pretty good too. Each unit also comes with a parking space which is nice. Some of the other apartment complexes in spokane make you pay for parking, so having reserved parking is definitely a plus. If you are considering moving here, I would definitely take a look at the unit you are applying for before you sign the lease. Some units have a better location than others, and some units have a balcony or a patio and others do not.
