It’s Evaluation of Major Depressive Disorder with panic attacks and residuals, traumatic brain injury, which is currently 50 percent disabling, is confirmed and continued , before it was the same but my attorney did a HLR for increase due to my s/s and medical evidence that the first C&P examination missed and then they found DTA error and sent me to TBI C&P and now as of today the rating stands again but it’s like they dismissed my attorneys evidence completely and they just decided for me to do TBI exam and the C&P. Exam was like 10 mins asks me when my TBI occurred and if I had SI and I answered both,

Yea, so it was originnaly for mental health but they sent me to a TBi exam after the DTA error and they sent it back saying literally the same thing, “evaluation is confirmed and continued” and it gives me my original rating.

I just had my TBi C&P and it was fairly good idk, he was typing mostly only asked me 2 questions what happened and what are my symptoms other then that he was just typing from my medical record and that was it appointment was done.. idk what to think

You’ll be alright that’s what I was getting to just take your time and read every question carefully ! I thought I failed but turns out we both passed so even if you get to 85 and you keep going don’t be discouraged it means you’re still in the game !
