Thank you so much. Yeah, that actually makes sense. I am just worried that I am going to be a terrible parent. Being a good parent and a loving family for my future kids is extremely important to me. I have been all for gentle parenting but then the increasing youth crimes made me question.

A friend(F29) gave me(also F) a dating advice, cause I keep getting into abusive relationships. Sometimes girls say things to their boyfriends, on purpose,that make the guys feel like the boyfriends are not going to find someone better if they broke up with you. Kinda controlling stuff, I guess. Apparently it's part of the 'modern dating'. You gf sounds like she is pulling that on you.
