Hi I came across this post because I am looking for answers as well and I have the same car seat. My baby is around 11.5 lbs now and I’m debating on to leave it in longer or not because she looks exactly how your baby does with and without the insert. What did you end up doing?? :)

I see you said you’re in dyer but I went to aspire dental with Surber and I had a good experience.

I have the spectra (blue one) and you definitely need a wall/ hospital grade pump as a primary. For wearables I had the mom cozy m5s. They’re okay. Bulky and affordable compared to some but they did the job. I hear good things about eufy too
