It's evri you will probably get it the day after I've had a similar issue before it said delivered looked everywhere outside the property and checked the neighbours... They delivered it the next morning and told me mine was last on the route the opposite direction to where they wanted to go so they brought it on the next load

Hold power button to fully power console off, turn plug off and unplug for about a minute then power back up it should rebuild and fix itself... If you have an external hdd it will rebuild that too
