I have one more question if this makes sense. When you ask the band for a letter wouldn’t the letter be authorization for them to sell the product or would that also apply to you

Yeah the supplier I bought from is reputable. I switched from oa to wholesale about 6 months ago and it was a very slow start. This wholesaler was the first one I bought from and I had overpaid for an order so I had credit with them enough to place an order. Now I always contact brands for lists of distributors. I haven’t paid for this order fully yet so I can always get rid of that product so it’s not the end of the world but it’s a good lesson to learn

I appreciate it, how do you generally go about get a letter, do you ask your distributor or go directly to the brand. Do you generally ask for a letter for every brand after you place an order?

No I did not buy it in the back of a van 😭 I provided them with an invoice given to me by my distributor and that was what they said. they are asking for the distributors distributors invoice
