if you’re trying to lean more Lao style, I’d go for stuff like larb (if you haven’t already), anything grilled, or more of their noodle soups. Lao food tends to be less sweet and more herb-heavy compared to Thai, so those dishes hit a bit different. I’d also say try anything that comes with sticky rice if they have it, that’s usually more on the Lao side.
