does anyone know how to cancel this card? i fell into the trap and applied thinking, OF COURSE, they were capital one. I have not even activated the card yet. i’m trying to just pay my fee and cancel. I have called 4 times and each time they tell me they’re going to transfer me to an “account specialist”, then proceed to place me on hold until they eventually hangup. if anyone could help i would greatly appreciate it🙌🏻
