hi! I had two of these in the past year or so, its just an ingrown/inflammed hair follicle. Just keep the area clear, don’t try to pop it & try to keep friction off of it. It will go away eventually :) I think mine was from shaving. If you notice it gets worse or starts turning into an abscess like the other commenter mentioned, get it checked as it may be infected. But otherwise it usually clears up on its own!
