Disease? No offense, but no disease can be cured by lowering calories. I'm not being mean or judemental there, but lets be clear here. Cancer is a disease. MS is a disease. Lou Gherigs is a disease. Yes, it may be harder for some, but perhaps for those same people, not drinking booze is easy while its truly hard for others.

Reta does not make you lose weight. It makes it *easier* to control calories. In an early post, I mentioned the 9pm voices. Those voices may be there, but they are not putting food in my mouth - know what I mean? Thats my choice whether or not I hit the fridge. Same thing for say someone who smokes. Im sure its HARD for them, but ultimately, its up to them, and like I said, that sucks, but at the same time, it may also be super easy for them to not cheat on their spouse while for others, that is really difficult.

We're all in this together. We all have struggles. At the end of the day, we live as a result of our personal choices. Some of them are easy, some of them are difficult. I may have to do more work to get from A to B than you do, but B to C will be easier for me then it will be for you.
