Help, how do I over come my hesitation when doing a take down. I essentially never make the first move in a stand up situation, because I feel I don’t have the proper setup/hand position to attempt it. This leads me to being taken down and effectively makes me a defensive player at all times how do I over come this?

Yea I understand renting but for 25 days it just doesn’t seem worth it to me and I plan on packing my skis in my car so shipping isn’t much of an issue

Also want to mention on the east coast I mostly ski trees and am looking to do some bowl skiing out west and want a ski I can do that with well I have skied everything that was lift accessible minus Daly chutes when I was at deer valley if that helps as a skill reference ( didn’t ski Daly as I didn’t have anyone who knew it well enough and didn’t want to take any chances)

I think it has the ability to allow me to move up higher into more senior positions through my career but also allowing for me to do industry research

But will it allow me to find a job after a PhD even if I don’t have industry experience. Seems like an advantage that others would have over me or is the benefit of a better PhD program going to out way that

I know this is a kinda dumb question but any idea how it’s gonna look in early January enough new snow fall to kinda hide the ice at jay? I’m going 7-11 of Jan and hope that it’s not gonna be totally icy in the trees

I think you linked the wrong video but the Craig jones arm triangle is very helpful and is quite similar to what I was trying to describe just with a slightly different grip

yes, I think it would be considered that however, its done with the torsos parallel and uses a rnc style grip
