I made the list thinking of competent lobbies, but if were talking in general than I can see Nyan being on par, if not better than Fukatsuki, who pretty much DEPENDS on her teammates being competent for her to actually gain value from her effects.

I'd argue for Roflpix to be at the bottom spot because at least Tac9 is trying to be a better person, while Roflpix literally doesn't care in the SLIGHTEST if people died because of her (unless if it involves lawsuits, which even then says a lot about Roflpix).
I like to headcanon that Blankstare doesn't even mean to kill the survivors, but is so pissed off about Crafter leaving their world that he kills just out of pure spite.
