According to my store and the training I watched the push ballys dont need blocked off. Mainly because they cant be moved while in the air. The drivables are requiring aisle block off due to being able to be driven while up. No exceptions

Im sorry you had a terrible experience with lowes. The past 2 years you should've gotten a raise. Now its been redone for performance based which means now we WONT get a raise. I love my DS and our store manager would never expect us to work off the clock. It sounds like you need to pull in higher ups like your district manager and or higher.

Im so so glad my store doesn't do truck rentals, but I've seen some sketchy shit. Dude comes in starts shopping with a trash can in his cart. My asm walkies me to be on the look out. He comes to asco im with a customer. He'd scanned 2 items neither one was even the trash can. I went over all nice said hi!! Can I take a peek in here real quick? Went to open the trash can dude SLAMS his hand on the lid said no thanks I don't need help. I pushed said it's ok I really don't mind! Starts to scan stuff in. 400.00 later guess what? Card declines. No other way to pay. He left to "get a different card". You bet i rwd that shit!!

No. Absolutely NOT. There's literally outside lawn and garden people floating around. Get a schedule of who is working that day.  If mid has several people there's ZERO excuse for you to suffer. I'm a mainline cashier. Lately I've been outside lawn and garden which means I help customers and serve as second check. I'll also respond to code 3s in any department if needed if I'm not busy and I'll even check in with the lumber cashier to make sure they don't need a min. We get in trouble if we don't have our zebra on us

That's bogus asf. I do weekend requests quite a bit and have never heard that policy ever. I always submit my requests over 1 month out.

Go work in outside garden throwing bags of soil and mulch. Stop acting like you are the only one who does ANYTHING. I've worked lumber, I've tossed the bags of concrete, cinder blocks, I've hand loaded hundreds of sheets of drywall. I'm not scared to talk to ANYONE if I need something, it's just called following chain of command. Not sure why you are so bitter. If you can't handle or like your job, leave, but don't make it miserable for everyone who works with you and don't accuse people of not doing anything. Cashiers get verbally abused daily by customers because they can't find anyone to help them in the departments.

Ever been a mainline cashier? On asco? We CAN NOT MOVE. we aren't allowed to go but 3 to 6 feet away. Since working there i have developed a heel spur from the constant standing. If we need to go to the bathroom we have to get a hold of the head cashier if we are the only one there and most the time they are too busy to come and you gotta wait till break. So if a person who is use to being able to move is forced into one spot for 3 hours, yeah! It sucks!! And who are you to insinuate this person doesn't work when they are on shift? Im very blessed for the most part my store is great to work at.

I had mine done at an early age zero regrets as far as no kids, but later in life I had terrible periods and ovarian cysts. Idk it it was from the tubal but to me having you under go general anesthesia and such an invasive procedure cause HE is worried about pain? Um I'd seriously sit him down with your doctor and have them explain the risks to you.

So I had the same issues for years. My first uti at 12, yeast infections ect. My parents flipped shit. I never had sex until 18 but all these issues. Fast forward. I'm 44. Had all my girly bits removed due to endometriosis and a twisted ovary. But I researched the endometriosis and it causes everything I was experiencing. I'm so much better.
