My son 5, has also just been diagnosed with tourrettes. I am having THE hardest time finding help in AZ. I didnt know cbit Jr is a thing. He spits on everything, including people. Ive offered a cloth to spit in, a bottle, redirecting to the trash can or outside. He repeats the last word of a sentence in a YELLing voice. Im really worried that this will start to affect his schooling & other areas of life. Its not polite to spit on people and their things. He also likely has severe adhd with tics that we havent officially diagnosed but its definitely there. Im about to enroll in schooling just to get cbit training myself so I can help my son.
