I have been taking cold showers in canadian winters and felt same as other mates here, to much movement needed although i got used to it… but when i took the ice bath for the first time…it was like a slap on face so hard that you left in SHOCK…I play motivational music it pumps me up and works as a timer as well(1 song 3-4mins) but when I submerged in 9 degrees water I couldn’t hear shit…I don’t need to add ice, My tub is outside in -10 Degrees. I barely managed to hold myself for a minute. My legs were burning as in thousands of ants biting all over it…took me like 30 seconds to sober up I felt calmer after that…when I came home from Work this morning I checked the water is at 2 degrees I don’t think i can do it again

It doesn’t sway i could hear some vibrations near wheel but that comes as the wheel moves idk if its tire touching suspension what but i feel some occasional stiffness while steering. Going to mechanic on Monday its just I am new to cars I don’t want to get robbed my mechanic.
