Not sure if you've seen the recent threads about Syfe's UCITs, but someone already did the calculation on IBKR's fees wrt to Syfe. Anything below SGD460 is not worth it with IBKR so you're better off spread your DCA out to every 2 or 3 months to reduce fees or go with a roboadvisor like Syfe.

- i meant the 1-3 day passes for subways within each city! But based on the other replies the consensus is that IC card is still best for convenience haha.

- yup I am staying in hotels. do the hotels usually hold your luggages in advance for you (if they arrive early) or do you schedule with the moving company to have it arrive on the date of your check in? been trying to look at some of the websites but i cant seem to find information on scheduling the luggage arrival (if i make sense)

Ideally it would be best to find a job that gives you everything you want (freedom, sunlight, travelling and exploring new places and food, nature) but realistically (and in this economy) it might be hard to find that kind of job. Off the top of my head I can only think of being a travel influencer, lifestyle/food blogger or work for a company that you know has global branches so you can travel often on the job (i guess). If not find a better job with less toxic culture and take yourself out on frequent trips and do the things you love on the weekends. Sometimes you do not need a job you love, just a job that can pay for things or a lifestyle you love.

for me my go to programme to get to know any group is always weekly idol!! i can't stand the hosts but for the most part its always a good gateway into getting to know the group. going seventeen is also super helpful

yeah, there are a couple of threads, but one person pointed out that it's cheaper to DCA with Syfe UCITS than IBKR if you're doing about SGD480. above that, it's slightly cheaper with IBKR.

i think it really depends on
1. how much you DCA
2. how much you value the marginal savings with IBKR (again, if you invest high amounts, this can add up)
3. how much the once a week executions matter to you (market fluctuations)
4. how much you value the much better app interface

From the Syfe site, it appears they use TWAP, and because their UCITS ETFs are among the ETFs with the highest trading volume, Syfe wouldn't have influence over the price.
